AI video generator source code and SaaS templates

Build a paid AI video website from source code. Compare video generator and agent templates with asynchronous tasks, credit billing, storage and a private media library.

Video generation is expensive and slow — a render can take minutes and cost real money per second. That's exactly where a SaaS foundation matters: credits that charge before the render and refund on failure, tasks that survive long waits, and storage that keeps finished videos. ShipAny's video templates ship with all of it.

What you get out of the box

  • Text-to-video and image-to-video with configurable duration, aspect ratio, resolution and audio (Video Lite).
  • Reference media — first and last frames plus image, audio and video references.
  • Provider-aware model routing — Video Lite supports models such as Seedance 2.5 and MiniMax H3 through providers like fal, Replicate and gRouter, configured in the admin panel.
  • A private library ("My Creations") with playback and downloads.
  • Credits per render, deducted when a task starts and refunded automatically if it fails.
  • Accounts, payments, i18n and admin — the same ShipAny engine as every other template.

Which template should you start from?

TemplateBest forWhat's differentMember price
ShipAny Video LiteA classic video generator with full controlsText/image-to-video, reference media, model routing, My Creations$69
ShipAny Video AgentA conversational video productUsers describe a shot or attach media; an agent picks the tool, writes the cinematic prompt and renders the clip$99

Both are built on ShipAny TanStack and run on Node or Cloudflare Workers. Regular price is $199; member prices apply with ShipAny Premium. Community templates such as JoyFlix and Veo3 AI Video Generator are also available.

From template to launch

  1. Activate a template and configure your video provider keys in Admin → Settings → AI.
  2. Configure R2 storage — finished videos are large and should live in your own bucket.
  3. Price credits per second or per resolution so each render covers its compute cost.
  4. Pick a niche (product ads, anime clips, talking avatars…) and rewrite the landing page around it.
  5. Deploy and run one real render end to end before you launch.

What makes video source code different from a model demo?

A paid video application needs to retain a request while the provider renders, show its progress, resolve failures and deliver the finished clip to the correct customer. Inspect the selected template's task implementation and provider integration before adding a new model. Reference inputs, audio and duration controls vary by model; confirm those capabilities in the live preview and documentation.

The AI SaaS guide covers the billing lifecycle. Start with a framework starter if you need to design your own video workflow.

Test one render through the whole application

  1. Sign in, submit a supported request and check the pending task and credit deduction.
  2. Wait for completion and check playback, download and the private media library.
  3. Trigger a failure and verify the task status and returned credits.
  4. Test duplicate provider notifications and repeated submissions for your integration.
  5. Set prices separately for model, duration and resolution, including storage and delivery costs.

Source-code questions

Is this an editing template or a video generator application?

These templates contain application source code for a video-generation SaaS. They are not timeline presets or prompt templates for an existing video editor.

Can I change the models?

You can modify the source code under the license. Supported providers and controls differ by edition and model. Confirm the workflow you need on the Video Lite or Video Agent page before purchase.

Are rendering costs included?

No provider usage is bundled into the source-code purchase. Configure your own AI, storage and hosting accounts and budget for their costs. Premium member pricing for a template is separate from the operating costs of your video service.

Do I need to keep users waiting on an open page?

The task record and media library provide a place to track requests and find finished results. Confirm the selected provider's polling or callback flow and test recovery after navigation; task persistence alone does not guarantee every provider integration resumes automatically.
