ShipAny AI SaaS Boilerplate License Agreement

TL;DR; Personal License: Build unlimited AI SaaS products as an individual developer. Team License: Build unlimited AI SaaS products as a team.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between ShipAny ("Licensor"), and you ("Licensee"), concerning the use of ShipAny AI SaaS Boilerplate ("Product"). By using the Product, you agree to these terms.

  1. License Types and Rights

1.1 Personal License

ShipAny grants you a Personal License that includes:

  • Development of unlimited AI SaaS applications

  • Use of all included AI service templates and components

  • Commercial usage rights for your developed applications

  • Access to basic documentation and community support

    1.2 Team License

ShipAny grants you a Team License that includes:

  • All Personal License features
  • Team collaboration capabilities
  • Premium AI integration templates
  • Enterprise-ready features and configurations
  • Priority technical support
  • Advanced AI service implementation guides
  1. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Resell the boilerplate code as a standalone product
  • Share license keys or access credentials
  • Remove ShipAny attribution and copyright notices
  • Redistribute the source code publicly
  • Create competing AI boilerplate products
  • Use the code in violation of any laws or regulations
  1. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all source code, documentation, and AI integration templates, remains the exclusive property of ShipAny. Your license grants you usage rights but not ownership of the Product.

  1. Warranty Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty. ShipAny does not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

  1. Liability Limitations

ShipAny shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Product
  • Integration with third-party AI services
  • Data processing or AI model operations
  • Service interruptions or failures
  1. Term and Termination

ShipAny may terminate your license if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and destroy all copies.

  1. Support and Updates
  • Personal License includes community support
  • Team License includes priority email support
  • Updates and improvements are provided at ShipAny's discretion
