AI SaaS boilerplate with credits, payments and task tracking

Build an AI SaaS from source code with authentication, generation tasks, credit billing and subscriptions. Choose a framework starter or an image, video or agent template.

An AI SaaS boilerplate connects model calls to a paid application: accounts, subscriptions, credit balances, generation tasks and an admin panel. ShipAny gives you those foundations as source code. Start from a framework edition for a custom workflow, or select an image, video or agent template when you want an existing product interface.

From a model response to a billable operation

A model demo can accept a prompt and return a result. A paid product also needs to know who requested it, what it costs, whether it finished and whether the customer should receive their credits back.

Use the provider and task implementation in your selected template as the reference. You still need to validate provider callbacks, set model-specific prices and test cancellation, timeouts and duplicate notifications for your workflow.

Choose your starting point

  • A custom AI application: start with ShipAny TanStack or ShipAny Next. Build your own interface on the engine's auth, payment and billing modules.
  • A focused image product: inspect the image generator templates, including generation, media history and editing options.
  • A video generation product: inspect the video templates, where waiting for renders and charging per job are central to the experience.
  • A conversational workflow: compare the agent templates for image, video and voice products.

Open the live preview from each template's detail page. Compare its input flow, result library and source-code requirements with the product you actually want to sell.

Price usage before you launch

Your credit price should account for model usage, storage, delivery, payment fees and failed work. As an illustrative plan, a pack of 100 credits and a generation costing 5 credits allows 20 standard generations. Those numbers are your configuration, not included API usage or a revenue forecast.

Set separate costs when model, resolution or video duration changes. Test credit grants, deductions and failure refunds together with your payment provider; displaying a balance alone is not a complete billing workflow. The Stripe integration guide explains the checkout connection.

Launch checklist for one complete workflow

  1. Select a template and follow its setup and deployment guide.
  2. Configure authentication, a development database, an AI provider and storage.
  3. Define one paid pack or subscription in payment test mode.
  4. Run a successful generation and inspect the saved task, balance and result.
  5. Trigger a failure and verify the customer's consumed credits are restored.
  6. Test payment confirmation and duplicate notifications before switching to live billing.

Questions before you buy

Does the template include model access?

You configure your own provider accounts. Model API usage, storage and hosting are separate operating costs; compare them with your intended prices before launching.

Can I change the models and product interface?

You receive source-code access for customization under the license. Available integrations and controls differ by template. Use the template detail page and documentation to confirm the model workflow you need.

Is this a hosted AI website builder?

It is a source-code starting point. You configure, customize, deploy and operate the application, with coding agents and the supplied skills helping you develop it. See Premium benefits and the individual template's purchase options.
