Tawk.to is a free live chat service. ShipAny loads the Tawk.to widget from two IDs in the admin panel.

Setup

Create a Tawk.to account and a property for your website.
In Administration → Chat Widget, find the widget code. The script URL has the form https://embed.tawk.to/<property-id>/<widget-id>.
In ShipAny, open Admin → Settings → Customer Service → Tawk.to, fill in the Property ID (the first path segment) and the Widget ID (the second one), switch on Enable Tawk.to and save.
Refresh your site and send a test message; reply from the Tawk.to dashboard or mobile app.

Tips

Enable only one chat widget (Tawk.to or Crisp) at a time.
Copy both IDs exactly from the embed URL — a typo loads nothing and shows no error.
